Townhouse, Belgravia
An elegant Georgian townhouse and mews in Belgravia, extended to house a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. We reconfigured the existing living space, creating a cinema room and deluxe Italian kitchen, incorporating smart tech and exquisite materials.
THE REQUIREMENT
Refurbish and extend two existing properties, blending them to create a spa complete with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The client wanted to renovate throughout this seven-storey townhouse and three-storey mews, devising a new layout and embracing home automation technology befitting this luxury residence.
THE OUTCOME
We designed and built an extensive renovation, transforming the two properties to create a modern, sleek space complete with Italian kitchen, cinema room, swimming pool and spa. Above, we designed a chic flat roof terrace to make the most of the city skyline views. We chose only the finest materials – marble, limestone and antique French oak timber floors, custom-made iron staircase railings, hand-built joinery – and considered every sumptuous detail from bespoke lighting to a full Creston/Lutron audio visual system.
