The grandeur of a classic mansion, effortlessly combined with smart features and modern amenities to create a home that oozes style and luxury. Behind the traditional exterior lies an art deco inspired bar, cinema room, wine cellar, steam and treatment rooms and a gym.

THE REQUIREMENT

An extensive refurbishment, including multiple extensions, the renovation of an existing gate house and landscaping and hardscaping works. Our brief was to retain the feel of the mansion but update it to include modern amenities and design, incorporating smart features and using the finest materials.

THE OUT COME

We transformed the residence, creating a cinema room, wine cellar, gym complete with treatment and steam rooms, and a 1920s inspired bar. Every detail was carefully considered and made from exquisite materials – oak and walnut flooring, Italian marble, handwrought iron staircase railings, stain glass windows, and handmade solid wood joinery features.

Sophisticated smart tech is incorporated into every room, with LED lighting strips in the ceilings, architraves and walls, and a fully integrated home intelligence system controlling temperature, AV and lighting, all at the touch of a button. Technology extends to the integrated garage, where we created a turntable floor allowing drivers to enter and exit without reversing.

Outside, we transformed the space with features including formal gardens, lake, and an orangery.
