THE REQUIREMENT

Our new homes division identified a plot of land suitable for constructing three bespoke detached properties. The location is in a green belt area, so our design team was charged with creating homes that met all legislative requirements and restrictions, whilst maximising as much volume as possible.

THE OUT COME

We built a trio of homes constructed in a traditional Sussex/Surrey style, with brick at lower levels, weatherboarding and clay hung tiles above, and exposed chimney breasts and stacks. In deference to the rural location, the houses are designed in a chalet-bungalow style with dormer windows to the first floor to amplify available space.

Each residence features a unique design yet the three share architectural similarities as well as internal amenities, including an open plan kitchen, living and dining space with an additional separate living room. All have four double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a master bedroom ensuite.

Our team fulfilled the whole project, from feasibility and concept design, to planning, building control, and construction.
